Heart To Heart 心•照 is a distinguished non-profit organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and eliminating psychiatric stigma within the community. Founded in 2017, Heart To Heart 心•照 envisions a society where mental health is prioritized, understanding is enhanced, and the stigma surrounding mental illnesses is shattered, particularly among teenagers.

Operating from its primary address at 118 Wai Yip St, 5/F, Kwun Tong District, HK, Heart To Heart 心•照 has made a significant impact through organizing over 20 events and collaborating with more than 15 non-governmental organizations and tertiary institutions. These efforts have successfully reached over 30,000 beneficiaries, demonstrating the organization's commitment to fostering a mental health-friendly environment.
