HOPES (Help of Patients in Exigency by Students) is a distinguished non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating human suffering through various impactful initiatives. Operating from its primary location at HOPES Pharmacy, Ground Floor, Trauma Centre, Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, Karachi, Sindh 75150, PK, HOPES is committed to providing essential support and resources to those in need.

HOPES achieves its mission through a range of vital services, including a free drug bank for admitted patients, a 24-hour free casualty drug bank, and 24-hour no-profit, no-loss pharmacies at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases. Additionally, HOPES operates a dental pharmacy at the Dental OPD in KMDC on a no-profit basis and runs a 24-hour diagnostic laboratory, offering discounted rates and free diagnostic and radiological tests to non-affording patients. HOPES also extends its support by assisting patients in arranging blood and blood products.
