With a primary focus on spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through both actions and words, Equmenia operates as a federation of national youth organizations. These organizations belong to the Baptist Union of Sweden, the United Methodist Church of Sweden, and the Mission Covenant Church of Sweden, which collectively form the Uniting Church in Sweden.
