EAMDA is dedicated to representing, protecting, and enforcing the rights of individuals with neuromuscular disorders. As the European Alliance of Neuromuscular Disorders Associations, EAMDA strives to support and enhance the quality of life for those living with NMDs. Founded in 1974, EAMDA unites neuromuscular disorder associations across Europe to advocate for rights, raise awareness, promote research, and support the development of new treatments.

EAMDA aims to reduce the consequences of disability and build a united network of cooperation, providing opportunities for people with NMDs to live fulfilling lives in an inclusive society. EAMDA's primary address is Linhartova 1 SI-1000 Ljubljana, Ljubljana, SI.
