The Division of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (DIOP) is dedicated to advancing Workplace Psychology applications and research both within Hong Kong and beyond. Established in May 2000 under the Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS), DIOP operates with five key objectives centered around advocating for Workplace (I-O) Psychology.
DIOP is committed to defining and maintaining high standards of competence in I-O Psychology while promoting the identity, cohesion, and professional recognition of I-O Psychologists. The organization actively promotes I-O Psychology to the public, industry, and potential service recipients, further emphasizing effectiveness and health within organizations and among individuals. Its primary address is Room 506, Lemmi Centre, 50 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, HK.
