Deem for Development Organization

Deem for Development Organization is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to fostering positive change and empowering communities. Established in 2015 by a group of passionate Yemeni youth, Deem focuses on communications for social change, integrating grassroots community mobilization with customized strategies to address critical challenges in the developing world. These initiatives encompass vital areas such as women and girl's empowerment, health education, human rights, democracy, and governance. The organization's unwavering commitment to these causes drives its impactful work throughout the region.

Officially registered in October 2017 with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor as an NGO, Deem for Development Organization is authorized to conduct activities across Yemen. The organization benefits from a letter of support from the MOHP-GHO offices in Taiz, Ibb, and Sana’a governorates, and maintains strong collaborative relationships with local councils in these regions. Deem’s strategic approach and dedication to sustainable development make it a key player in Yemen's non-profit sector.
