Chalmers Studentkår, a leading non-profit organization, has been a cornerstone of student life in Sweden since its founding in 1904. With a strong membership of 11,000, Chalmers Studentkår is dedicated to championing student interests, fostering innovative ideas, and supporting personal growth during their academic journey at Chalmers. The organization offers a diverse range of opportunities for students to engage in extracurricular activities through its more than 20 unique committees and over 50 societies centered around hobbies, sports, and various interests.

In addition to its advocacy and community-building efforts, Chalmers Studentkår provides students with access to a recreational facility located outside Gothenburg. Overlooking the serene lake Sandsjön, this facility offers a unique space for relaxation and socializing, including the world's largest student-owned sauna. Furthermore, Chalmers Studentkår manages a corporation that provides student-friendly services such as restaurants, cafés, and a convenience store, ensuring that all profits are reinvested back into the union to further support student initiatives.
