CDA operates the Child Care Payment Program, which offers child care reimbursement for children in San Diego County, allowing parents to choose the best care options for their families. This program enables parents to pursue work, job searches, or education, currently serving a substantial number of children, families, and child care providers. Furthermore, CDA is the largest sponsor of the Federal USDA Child Care Food Program in California, reimbursing child care providers for nutritious meals served to children. Through training and reimbursement, CDA supports numerous family child care providers, ensuring children develop healthy eating habits.
