CARE Malawi is dedicated to fighting poverty and achieving social justice through the empowerment of women and girls. Established in 1998, CARE Malawi implements a wide range of programs focused on strengthening Livelihoods and Climate Justice, Humanitarian Assistance, Gender Justice, Health, and Education. CARE Malawi prioritizes working with women and girls, supporting girls’ education, increasing access to sexual and reproductive health services, and collaborating with women smallholder farmers on sustainable agriculture practices.

Operating from its primary address at Pamodzi House – Plot 13/42, Off Presidential Way, P/Bag A89, 3rd Floor, Lilongwe, Malawi, CARE Malawi is committed to scaling sustainable gender-transformative programming, engaging in advocacy, and strengthening community-based and civil society organizations at district and national levels. The organization's work ensures that when women and girls realize their rights and have access to productive resources, they can lift their families and communities out of poverty.
