Bridges Program

Bridges Program is dedicated to creating a better tomorrow by bridging the gap for young adults. Located in Levittown, New York, the Bridges Program focuses on reaching young adults where they live, learn, and socialize, particularly those who are navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.

The BRIDGES Program, supported by funding from SAMSHA and operated by YES Community Counseling Center, extends its reach to youth ages 17 to 25 who are at risk for or impacted by substance use and addiction.
