Founded in 2015, BLUEBIO ALLIANCE operates as a pivotal network, fostering collaboration and growth among its extensive membership. The alliance represents a comprehensive spectrum of stakeholders within Portugal's marine bioresources value chain, from raw material producers and R&D units to biotech SMEs, manufacturers, and governmental bodies.

Located at Edifício ECOMARE, Universidade de Aveiro, Estrada do Porto de Pesca, 3830-565 Gafanha da Nazaré, Ílhavo, PT, BLUEBIO ALLIANCE focuses on organizing and strengthening the marine bioresources value chain.
