Antarang Foundation is dedicated to empowering adolescents and facilitating their transition from education to fulfilling careers. With a vision of a world where every young person is passionately and productively engaged in a career of their choice, Antarang Foundation has significantly impacted over 350,000 students from socially and economically vulnerable backgrounds through its core programs, CareerAware and CareeReady.

Antarang Foundation focuses on building a systemic education-to-employment transition by advocating for government and industry collaboration to create a robust employability ecosystem. The Antarang Careers Model effectively bridges the gap between school and work by embedding a high-quality, geographically customized, and actionable career awareness and readiness curriculum in high schools across the country. This model also trains a dedicated group of career facilitators who guide adolescents in making aspirational transitions from school to higher/vocational education and work.
