Representing a coalition of 211 member INGOs/NNGOs, ACBAR leverages its extensive expertise to address challenges, articulate perspectives, and facilitate impactful service delivery to the Afghan populace.

Headquartered in Kabul, Afghanistan, at Primary: MTN Road, street# 2, house# 23, Shar -e- Naw, ACBAR harmonizes efforts between various INGOs, NNGOs, and authorities, with a primary focus on advancing the welfare and empowerment of the Afghan people. Established in 1988, ACBAR operates through a democratic structure, ensuring that all members are duly represented in the General Assembly, embodying the organization's commitment to inclusivity and collaboration.
