Since its inception in 2000, The CARE Center has been committed to addressing the unmet needs of under-resourced neighbors, initially providing essential emergency supplies and financial assistance. The CARE Center's mission has expanded significantly to incorporate community development initiatives that foster self-sufficiency through higher education opportunities.

The CARE Center operates out of its primary location at 5451 Main Drive, New Hope, AL 35760, US. Partnering with over 1000 students and families, The CARE Center offers a wide range of services, including workforce development programs, career counseling, GED preparation, and college counseling. Additionally, The CARE Center provides vital resources such as a food pantry and thrift store, ensuring holistic support for those in need.
