The Felix Project

The Felix Project is dedicated to fighting food waste and food poverty by efficiently redistributing surplus, high-quality food to charities and schools. Located at Unit 3, Origin Business Park, Rainsford Road, London, Park Royal, London NW10 7FW, GB, The Felix Project operates with a straightforward yet impactful model. Surplus fresh food is collected from retailers and wholesalers, sorted in our depots, and then delivered free of charge to organizations that provide vital meals and food parcels to those in need.

The Felix Project ensures that fresh, healthy food reaches community kitchens, homeless hostels, food banks, refuges, and charities that cook for individuals overcoming illness, incapacity, or addiction. Through a dedicated team and a network of over 450 volunteers, The Felix Project efficiently collects food from suppliers and delivers it to approximately 1,000 charities and schools, utilizing a fleet of electric vans, bicycles, and walking routes.

With every hour of volunteer work enabling the delivery of 100 meals and every £5 donated allowing the rescue of £14.5 worth of food, The Felix Project continues to expand its reach and impact.
