Roim Rachok Program

Roim Rachok Program is dedicated to empowering adults on the autism spectrum by providing them with comprehensive training in professions vital to both the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the civilian market. Through innovative programs, Roim Rachok equips qualified young adults with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in various fields, fostering their integration into the workforce and the IDF volunteer service. The organization operates in cooperation with Beyond the Horizon (Charitable Company) and Ono Academic College.

Roim Rachok Program's approach involves an initial training period at Ono Academic College, where participants learn essential work skills and a specific profession. This is followed by a provisional assignment to an IDF unit, allowing them to gain practical experience before volunteering for service. This hands-on experience ensures they are well-prepared to contribute their unique abilities to the IDF while furthering their professional growth.
