Representing over 90% of the world’s published music, ICMP champions more than 170 million music tracks across 5,000 genres, bridging the gap between music creation and global music markets.

ICMP members invest billions annually in songwriters and composers, connecting their music to a global audience through diverse formats, including digital streaming, broadcast media, gaming, physical releases, and public performances. Some ICMP member companies trace their origins back to the 1700s, while others lead the way in modern technologies like AI, livestreaming, and virtual reality.
