ACUM

ACUM is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to administering rights for a vast network of creators and publishers. Representing authors, composers, lyricists, poets, arrangers, and music publishers, ACUM manages performing rights, mechanical rights (audio and audio-visual reproductions), reprint rights, and, partly, "grand rights." Through reciprocal representation agreements, ACUM also administers these rights on behalf of hundreds of thousands of members affiliated with 107 societies worldwide.

Located at Tuval 9st. (Hilazon Corner), P.O.Box 1704, Ramat Gan, 52117, IL, ACUM has been a cornerstone of the music industry since its establishment in 1936 by a small group of distinguished authors and composers. Today, ACUM boasts a membership of approximately 4,000 creators and publishers. The organization's commitment to its members is reflected in its governance, with a Board of Directors consisting of elected authors, composers, and a publisher.

As a member of CISAC (International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers) and BIEM (International Bureau of Societies administering Mechanical Rights), ACUM continues to uphold the highest standards in rights management. ACUM is constantly evolving to meet the needs of its members and the ever-changing landscape of the music industry.
