Museum of Wisconsin Art

The Museum of Wisconsin Art (MOWA) is dedicated to exploring and celebrating the art and culture of Wisconsin. Since its founding in 1961, MOWA has grown to become a leading museum of regional art in the United States, boasting a collection of nearly 5,000 works of contemporary and historic art from over 350 artists.

MOWA enhances cultural engagement through its diverse range of rotating exhibitions and educational programs, offering over 175 free events annually for its members. The museum’s primary location at 205 Veterans Avenue, West Bend, WI 53095, US, and additional location at 139 E Kilbourn Ave, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202, US feature five permanent collection galleries, three temporary exhibition spaces, and two classrooms, alongside visible art storage, a shop, and a spacious atrium for public events.
