Nurture-U

Nurture-U is dedicated to advancing mental health care through innovative research and support programs. As a nationwide research project, Nurture-U focuses on understanding and enhancing the mental health and wellbeing of students throughout their university experience. Nurture-U collaborates directly with students across six campuses to develop resources aimed at building resilience, fostering wellbeing, reducing anxiety, and addressing diagnosed mental health challenges.

Based in Exeter, GB, Nurture-U unites students and researchers from leading institutions, including the University of Exeter, University of Oxford, King’s College London, Newcastle University, Cardiff University, and the University of Southampton. This collaborative approach ensures a comprehensive and effective strategy for supporting student mental health.
