Mental Health First Connects

Mental Health First Connects is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care, striving to ensure everyone, anywhere, at any time, has access to the support they need. Mental Health First Connects is on a mission in Southeastern Pennsylvania to decrease stigma, break the silence, and normalize mental wellness. Through robust mental health education, Mental Health First Connects aims to increase and sustain mental wellness, especially within Black, Brown, and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) communities. These communities have been disproportionately impacted by historical racial trauma, ongoing racial inequities, systemic racism, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mental Health First Connects recognizes the tragic fallout from medical and mental health disparities during the pandemic, particularly affecting Black and Brown communities. By addressing these critical needs, Mental Health First Connects fosters a healthier and more equitable society through impactful initiatives and educational programs. Mental Health First Connects continuously works towards a future where mental wellness is a priority for all.
