Operating as a licensed long-term level 3 residential treatment program, LAKEWOOD CENTER provides comprehensive support within a nurturing environment. The facility, located at 8400 LA AMISTAD CV, Fern Park, Florida 32730, US, features 50 licensed beds in individually assigned apartments, ranging from studios to 1-bedroom units.

Set on a sprawling 15-acre campus in the greater Orlando area, LAKEWOOD CENTER offers residents access to a variety of amenities designed to promote well-being and recovery. These include walking paths, a pool, a gym, a recreation center, and a serene lake. With a minimum stay of 6 months and an average stay of 12 years or more, the center ensures consistent, personalized care. A Masters-level Clinical Coordinator and a Care Manager are available to each client, providing support for medical management, case management, and family communication. A Licensed Clinical Director oversees supervision, group therapy, and crisis management as needed.

LAKEWOOD CENTER also emphasizes holistic wellness through its mindful meal services. A dietician-created menu, featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner, rotates every six weeks to ensure varied and nutritious meals.
