Malaysia OSV Owners’ Association (MOSVA) is a leading organization in the maritime transportation sector, dedicated to advancing the interests and welfare of its members. Established in 2011, MOSVA serves as a collective platform for addressing industry concerns and fostering harmonization within the sector. The association plays a vital role in promoting research and development, particularly in the Malaysianisation of technical support and services, as well as in training and human resources development for the Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) industry.

MOSVA represents Malaysian ship owners who own and operate OSVs, providing essential services in maritime logistics, accommodation, and maintenance facilities.
