As a leading entity in legal services, the OIC-AC facilitates the resolution of commercial and investment disputes for natural and legal persons from both Member States of the OIC and Non-OIC States. The Centre operates under the Statute of OIC Arbitration Centre and the Host Country Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture (ICCIA).
