The Diverse Attorney Pipeline Program (DAPP) is a leading organization dedicated to cultivating and expanding opportunities for women of color in the legal profession. Founded to address the underrepresentation of diverse women in large law firms, DAPP provides comprehensive support and resources to empower the next generation of legal professionals. DAPP’s mission is to nurture and support women of color attorneys and infuse the pipeline with diverse women of color law students who are empowered to tackle the rigors of the legal profession.
