The Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department (IFED) is a dedicated unit within the City of London Police committed to fighting insurance fraud across England and Wales. Funded by the insurance industry through the Association of British Insurers (ABI), IFED operates with a national remit, employing both traditional policing methods and proactive strategies to combat insurance fraud effectively.

Located at Guildhall Yard East, London, GB, the Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department comprises operational teams of Detective Constables and Financial Investigators, all managed by experienced Detective Sergeants.
