Presidential Advisory Committee on Exports and Industrial Development

The Presidential Advisory Committee on Exports and Industrial Development (PACEID) is dedicated to addressing and overcoming the strategic and operational challenges that can hinder Uganda from fully realizing its industrial and export potential. Established to foster collaboration among Ugandan exporters, producers, government institutions, and other stakeholders, PACEID ensures a unified approach to accelerate Uganda’s export growth and industrial advancement.

As a central coordination hub, the Presidential Advisory Committee on Exports and Industrial Development offers essential training, education, guidance, promotion, and support necessary to enhance both the quality and quantity of Uganda’s exports. Commissioned in March 2022, PACEID operates under the coordination of the Office of the President, reinforcing its commitment to driving national progress.
