CRE@CTIVE ENI CBC MED is dedicated to fostering value chains and business alliances across the Mediterranean region, specifically supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the textile, clothing, footwear, and leather sectors. Recognizing the challenges these sectors face due to economic slowdown and global competition, CRE@CTIVE ENI CBC MED focuses on technological, managerial, and operational innovation to enhance economic opportunities.

Through strategic initiatives, CRE@CTIVE ENI CBC MED aims to reshape business models and strengthen transnational innovation networks within the Tex&Cloth, Footwear & Leather industry. This is achieved through the design of a value-driven cross-border framework, empowering traditional cross-border sectors, and adopting a public-private partnership (PPP) approach for ecosystem governance and development. The project is funded by the “Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme” ENI CBC Med 2014-2020, highlighting its commitment to sustainable economic and social development.
