CICA Secretariat

The CICA Secretariat stands as a pivotal international affairs organization dedicated to fostering peace, security, and stability across Asia. With a robust membership comprising 28 Member States, 10 Observer States, and 5 Observer Organizations, CICA operates on the fundamental principle that peace and security in Asia are intrinsically linked to global stability. The organization facilitates cooperation through various Confidence Building Measures (CBMs) across key domains.

Located at Primary: 55/20 Mangilik Yel Block 4, C4.1 in Astana, KZ, the CICA Secretariat actively addresses critical challenges and opportunities within the economic, environmental, human, military-political dimensions, and new challenges and threats. Through collaborative projects, Member States work on issues such as counter-terrorism, border control management, combating transnational crime, promoting secure transportation corridors, addressing illicit drugs, managing natural disasters, ensuring energy security, and fostering sustainable development.
