The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) is dedicated to fostering understanding, strengthening relationships, and facilitating cooperation between Asia and Europe. As an intergovernmental, non-profit organization established in 1997 and located in Singapore, ASEF operates as the sole institution of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM). Through dialogue, exchanges, and collaborations, ASEF actively engages in thematic areas such as culture, education, governance & economy, media, public health, and sustainable development.

Located at 31 Heng Mui Keng Terrace, Singapore, 119595, SG, Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) works closely with approximately 750 partner organizations to execute over 700 projects, primarily comprising conferences, seminars, and workshops. These initiatives have involved more than 40,000 participants from Asia and Europe, with an even broader audience reached through extensive networks, web portals, publications, exhibitions, and lectures. The foundation's efforts are supported by its 53 members, which include countries from both continents along with the European Union and the ASEAN Secretariat.
