ENTRACK Project is dedicated to empowering local and regional authorities through comprehensive information services, enabling them to design and implement effective clean energy transition plans. Recognizing the crucial role of local policymakers in achieving climate neutrality, ENTRACK Project provides the necessary knowledge and technical capacity, especially in rural communities, to undertake socially just energy planning processes.

ENTRACK Project employs participatory approaches and a co-designing, bottom-up methodology, integrating energy and social policies within regional and sub-regional frameworks. By addressing knowledge and capacity gaps, ENTRACK Project supports Mediterranean rural municipalities in creating feasible, ambitious, and just energy plans that respond to the needs of all stakeholders, including vulnerable citizens. ENTRACK Project builds and pilots methodologies and capacity-building processes, ensuring compliance with European and national energy policy frameworks.
