The Korea Information & Communications Qualification Association (ICQA) is dedicated to advancing IT expertise and fostering a knowledge-based society. Since its establishment in 1997, ICQA has been a driving force in the development and improvement of qualification assessment systems in South Korea, earning a reputation for public trust and reliability.

Notably, ICQA was the first private qualification examination organization to receive ISO9001 certification. In addition to standard examinations, ICQA conducts special internal examinations for the military, correctional institutions under the Ministry of Justice, and telecommunications companies like KT.
