Fouladkar leverages specialized software for the technological and technical design and calculation of its products, ensuring maximum operational efficiency. Following the approval of the main drawings by the client's representative, the company proceeds with modeling and prepares detailed workshop drawings. Simultaneously, a complete list of materials is generated for procurement, followed by the preparation of cutting patterns using CNC machines with millimeter precision. Fouladkar’s extensive experience includes manufacturing direct reduction furnaces for iron ore, scrubbers, recuperators, coolers, pressure vessels, various cyclones, dust collectors, mechanical components for conveyors, and a variety of ducts using different steel alloys, including heat-treated steels, stainless steel, Inconel, and Incoloy. These are produced in various capacities in accordance with DIN, ISO, JIS, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, and Iranian national standards. Experienced and skilled personnel are employed, and all design and manufacturing stages are subject to thorough inspections by quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) units, as well as representatives from leading national industrial consulting firms.
