CCRI (Creative Care for Reaching Independence) is dedicated to enhancing and enriching the lives and learning of people with disabilities. With over 40 years of experience, CCRI supports approximately 450 individuals through a wide range of services. Located at 2903 15th Street South, Moorhead, Minnesota 56560, US, CCRI is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.

CCRI offers various programs including Aftercare Services, Independent by Design, Options for Independent Living Program, Life Enrichment, and Supported Living Services (SLS), as well as ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services). This comprehensive approach ensures that each individual receives the support they need to achieve their fullest potential.
