Well Foundation is dedicated to enhancing healthcare within the North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals, extending its support to the Rodney District. As a charitable trust, Well Foundation collaborates with Waitemata DHB to provide outstanding care by securing additional funding for essential projects and initiatives. These efforts aim to improve health outcomes, enhance the patient and family experience, and facilitate the delivery of world-class care throughout the region.

The Well Foundation ensures that all donations are carefully managed and strategically allocated to projects that complement the government's core funding of the DHB's basic services. Serving a population of over 580,000, Waitemata DHB manages North Shore and Waitakere hospitals, along with over 30 primary healthcare and community service sites.
