Since its establishment in 2011, ScotsERVS has been committed to providing essential ambulatory and specialist medical logistics services. Operating from its primary address at Dun’ard House, CMB Building, 1345 Govan Road, Govan, Glasgow G51 4TF, GB, and with additional presence at West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital, Dalnair Street, GLASGOW, Glasgow G3 8SJ, GB, ScotsERVS works in close partnership with hospitals and healthcare units across the nation.

ScotsERVS enhances patient care through its volunteer response teams and the funding of an NHS Transport Team, which responds daily to calls for assistance. The organization's hospital volunteering projects empower individuals from all walks of life to contribute meaningfully to their local communities. ScotsERVS focuses on integrating ambulatory services and hospital volunteering projects with existing hospital provisions, promoting a joined-up approach to enhance care and support for vulnerable patients and families.

By improving access to resources for patients with complex conditions and innovating alongside NHS colleagues, ScotsERVS is committed to providing the best possible care. The charity’s efforts have enabled long-term pediatric patients to live at home by working in partnership with NHSGGC, the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow Royal Hospital for Children, and CHAS Robin House.
