The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation, Singapore (CRIS) is dedicated to nurturing and building cutting-edge capabilities and innovation in clinical research and translation for Singapore. Established in 2020, CRIS operates as a subsidiary of the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH) and is committed to strengthening synergies and developing strategies for national-level clinical research and translation programs under the Ministry of Health's guidance.

Located at 23 Rochester Park, #06-01, Singapore, 139234, SG, CRIS brings together six key national R&D initiatives and clinical services to facilitate synergistic collaborations. These initiatives encompass the Singapore Clinical Research Institute (SCRI), National Health Innovation Centre Singapore (NHIC), Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS), Precision Health Research, Singapore (PRECISE), Singapore Translational Cancer Consortium (STCC), and Cardiovascular Disease National Collaborative Enterprise (CADENCE).
