Center for Researching and Aiding Smile Operation (OSCA) is dedicated to making a significant impact in the hospitals and health care sector. Committed to its mission, OSCA connects with central and local authorities, domestic and overseas medical professionals, and various organizations to provide comprehensive support for Vietnamese children with cleft conditions. OSCA aims to create a world where all children can share perfect and happy smiles.

Operating with a clear strategy, Center for Researching and Aiding Smile Operation focuses on researching the epidemic of cleft lip and palate in Vietnam, offering free smile operations and pre- and post-operative care services. Furthermore, OSCA actively promotes awareness and knowledge to enhance community understanding and capabilities in preventing embryo malformations, as well as improving the care for affected children. The organization also mobilizes local and international resources to support these crucial activities.

Through the dedicated efforts of individuals, organizations, hospitals, and volunteers, Center for Researching and Aiding Smile Operation (OSCA) has successfully conducted numerous free smile operation missions across various provinces, benefiting nearly 2500 children. With a focus on continuous improvement, OSCA enhances the quality of operations and care services provided. A speech therapy room, an orthodontics room, and an ENT room have been established at OSCA’s office in Hanoi, demonstrating their commitment to comprehensive care.
