The Centre’s work encompasses the entire lifecycle of road networks, from construction and operations to maintenance and decommissioning. The Centre of Excellence for Decarbonising Roads operates with the support of the Department for Transport through the ADEPT Live Labs 2 program, a £30 million initiative designed to promote decarbonization across local road networks.
