Rowad Higher Education is dedicated to facilitating access to higher education and ensuring student success. With a comprehensive approach, Rowad Higher Education strives to increase the number of Arab students in universities, reduce dropout rates (especially in the first year), prevent prolonging bachelor's degrees, encourage students to pursue graduate studies, and expand the number of Arab academic staff in higher education institutions.

Operating in over 70 towns and cities, and in more than 170 high schools, Rowad Higher Education offers personalized meetings, including computerized aptitude tests for twelfth-grade students to determine suitable academic subjects that align with future career paths. Additionally, Rowad Higher Education provides workshops for students and graduates up to age 29, lectures by academic speakers to introduce them to the world of higher education, encouraging them to move forward and work hard to achieve their goals. Rowad Higher Education is located primarily in more than 70 towns in the Arab, Druze, and Circassian communities.

Rowad Higher Education’s services also include visits to higher education institutions, academic guidance fairs with representatives from academic institutions, preparatory courses for admission exams to empower students in the academy, and expanded scholarships.
