The Organization of Montenegrins Studying Abroad (OMSA) is dedicated to fostering a comprehensive and well-informed network for Montenegrin students pursuing higher education internationally. As a non-political, nonprofit, and non-governmental organization, OMSA aims to provide a unified platform for these students to collaborate and actively participate in projects on a global, regional, and local scale.

Founded in December 2011, Organization of Montenegrins Studying Abroad is committed to supporting Montenegrin students abroad through networking, advocacy, and access to resources. The organization actively engages in collaborative work across multiple continents and time zones, supporting a target population of over 1,000 students and maintaining a strong presence through its active Facebook group with over 2,300 members.
