Based on the work of Dr. Barbara Kellerman, the Leadership Certificate program is oriented toward three areas: leadership learning, training, and development. Students complete coursework, engage in co-curricular experiences, and participate in service, student employment, or student organization work. This approach formalizes the undergraduate leadership experience, providing a comprehensive and interdisciplinary educational opportunity.
