ClimateCAP is dedicated to preparing the next generation of business leaders to address and navigate the challenges presented by climate change. By integrating climate-related discussions into business school curricula, ClimateCAP ensures that MBA students are well-equipped to understand the business implications of climate change and develop innovative solutions.

As a global partnership comprising 49 business schools and led by the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, ClimateCAP fosters collaboration among MBA students, educators, and corporate leaders. This dynamic community engages in meaningful conversations and knowledge-sharing activities centered around the business aspects of climate change. ClimateCAP offers a range of impactful programs, including an annual in-person MBA Summit that attracts over 400 students annually, an online MBA Academy learning series, and a selective 12-month MBA Fellowship.
