The Center for Antiracism Research for Health Equity (CARHE) is a leading institution dedicated to dismantling structural racism and advancing health equity. Founded in 2021, CARHE’s mission is to identify, explore, and ultimately dismantle structural racism through rigorous antiracism research, authentic community engagement, and transformative narrative change. Based in Minneapolis, MN, at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, CARHE developed vital partnerships with community leaders, healthcare providers, policymakers, and advocacy organizations to collectively address the root causes of racial health inequities and drive real action for change.
