The Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board (HKMPB) is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of Hong Kong's maritime and port services. Established in April 2016, HKMPB serves as a high-level platform, encouraging close collaboration between the industry and the Government to strategically guide the sector's advancement.

The Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board actively assists the Government in formulating maritime and port-related strategies and initiatives. It strives to create a business-friendly environment, promoting manpower development and nurturing industry talents. Furthermore, HKMPB passionately supports and promotes Hong Kong’s comprehensive maritime services. Located at 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, HKMPB is committed to excellence in all its endeavors.

Through its functional committees—the Maritime and Port Development Committee; the Promotion and External Relations Committee; and the Manpower Development Committee—the Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board ensures comprehensive industry engagement. A dedicated Secretariat within the HKSAR Government supports HKMPB's work, ensuring effective implementation of its strategic goals.
