Cool Up programme

Cool Up programme is dedicated to advancing sustainable cooling solutions within Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Türkiye. Operating as a key initiative, Cool Up programme focuses on promoting the implementation of the Kigali Amendment and disseminating best practices across the broader MENA region.

By uniting ten expert international, regional, and national organizations, Cool Up programme leverages comprehensive knowledge in areas such as ozone-depleting substances, natural refrigerants, F-gas regulation, energy efficiency, and climate. This collaborative approach enables Cool Up programme to provide invaluable support to governments, industries, and financial institutions in their transition towards sustainable cooling technologies and practices.

Cool Up programme operates under the International Climate Initiative (IKI), supported by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV). Information will be completed soon with the support of the company’s management.
