Established as a center of excellence by Royal decree in November 2017, NDU operates under the National Digital Transformation Committee (NDTC). The National Digital Transformation Unit is committed to enabling, disrupting, accelerating, and safeguarding a portfolio of programs, engaging with governmental and private stakeholders within the national digital ecosystem.
