Taralinga Estate utilizes an Italian-made Pieralisi plant to ensure the freshest and highest quality extra virgin olive oil. This vertically integrated system is designed to preserve the important antioxidants, resulting in olive oil with some of the highest levels of health-giving polyphenol antioxidants. Taralinga Estate offers two exceptional varieties: Robusto, a full-bodied Picual known for its green tomato, almond, and rocket aromas; and Fruttato, a delightful blend of Koroneiki, Frantoio, Hojiblanca, and Picual olives, celebrated for its sweet, fruity entrance and slight peppery finish.
