In a significant move to elevate industry standards, the Bridging & Development Lenders Association launched the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance (CPSP) in 2023. This initiative, in partnership with the Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA) and the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF), marks a major advancement in professionalizing and enhancing the specialist finance sector’s reputation.
