WEEEWaste Project is dedicated to improving policies for the waste management of electrical and electronic equipment, aligning with the EU Circular Economy Action Plan. WEEEWaste focuses on implementing coordinated European approaches to manage waste from electrical and electronic equipment effectively.
Operating from its primary address in Prague, CZ, WEEEWaste collaborates with partners across 10 regions, including Czechia, Italy, Germany, Spain, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Netherlands, and Albania. The project facilitates the exchange of practices to refine policies, emphasizing interregional coordination among municipalities and regions to combat illegal shipments and WEEE dumping.
